2012 Mazda 3 Touring
This extremely fast Mazda3 i Touring is powered by a brawny, gas guzzling 2.0L Skyactiv Inline-4 putting out ~155 horsepower & 148 lb-ft when new.
Transmission is a 6-Speed Skyactiv exclusive manual on the original clutch somehow. It grinds and occasionally doesn't even go into gear but I make it work.
I've got just under 137K miles (220K km) on it, 20K being added by me since I bought it last December. It's been an extremely fun little car, getting an average of 36.5 MPG and my best being 40.7. I can't accelerate hard without extreme wheelspin and skipping because of its whopping 148 lb-ft of torque. Wow!
Some quirks it has are the gauges, Skyactiv badge, and engine cover, all in a matching blue color, as well as the fact that I can adjust the volume of the turn signals??? Why? I'm not sure. It's got separate buttons for Cruise on and off as if they can't just be one button, and the doors have big ol' diagonal bars to close them like something you'd
