1953 Renault 4cv

Still mostly original, 6v and everything. Apart from the interior which has been redone not long ago.

• Water-cooled 760cc inline 4 cylinder engine, nicknamed the Billancourt after the place where it was created
• 3 speed transmission, 1st gear unsynchronized and with straight teeth, 2nd and 3rd have syncronizers
• Originally it had 21hp and reached a top speed of 110km/h

(Lol i doubt it still does that, I managed to get it to 80)

No ac, no radio, no seatbelts, not even hot air from the engine in winter months

But it's a damn good car and i love it

Right now it doesn't work, coil has gone bad, plus the carb (a small 22 Solex) needs a tune and only 2 out of 4 drums work

It's a real head turner
